1. Agreement

By accessing or using the School Tug of War Portal (“Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a school, you represent that you are authorized to bind the school to these Terms.

2. Accounts & security

• Each school gets one login. On first login, you must change the initial password.
• You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend access to protect the Service or if you breach these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• No upload of content that infringes rights, violates privacy, or contains malware.
• No attempts to bypass security or overload the Service.

4. Event rules & limits

Registration windows, minimum/maximum team sizes, and reserve limits are configured by Super Admin and enforced by the system. After the closing time, adding/editing/deleting participants is disabled.

5. Content & data

Your school retains responsibility for the accuracy of participant data. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process data solely to operate the Service. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including software and UI, is owned by Novix Hub IT Solutions and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use it for the school’s internal event administration.

7. Availability & changes

We strive for high availability but the Service may be interrupted for maintenance or events beyond our control. Features may change over time.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of liability

Novix Hub IT Solutions will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts paid (if any) for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable law.
