This website (“School Tug of War Portal”) is operated by Novix Hub IT Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”). We provide tools for schools to manage event registrations and participant lists.

Information we collect

• School account data: school name, address, logo URL, principal mobile, school email.
• Authentication data: school password (stored as a one-way hash after first login), session identifiers.
• Participant data: player name, father name, date of birth, Aadhaar (last digits may be displayed), mobile, photo, category/section, player type (regular/reserve).
• Coach & team manager: names and mobile numbers (per school).
• Technical data: IP address, browser/OS info, pages viewed, timestamps, and cookies.

How we use your information

• Provide and secure the portal, including login, session management, and fraud prevention.
• Administer registrations, quotas, and print lists for events.
• Respond to support requests and improve service quality.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

Legal bases

We process data as necessary to perform a contract with your school, based on legitimate interests in operating a secure event portal, and to meet legal obligations.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with:

• Service providers (e.g., hosting, email, storage) bound by confidentiality and data-processing agreements.
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Data security & retention

Passwords are hashed; transport uses HTTPS. We keep records for as long as needed for the event administration and legal/accounting requirements; photos and participant data may be archived or anonymized after the event lifecycle.

Your choices

• You may request access, correction, or deletion of school or participant records via your school admin.
• You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser; essential cookies are required for sign-in and session continuity.

Cookies & verification

We use necessary cookies for login and session continuity. A simple arithmetic question is used on the school-selection page to reduce automated submissions.

International transfers

Our hosting may be located outside your region; where applicable, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs) with our processors.

Children

This portal is used by schools. Participant data about minors is entered and managed by authorized school representatives only.
